A hair dresser fit over a decade, I graduated Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair Design in Utah, in January 2011. I specialize in color services. Bright vivid artsy colors and blonding is what I really enjoy but I provide services beyond those specifics. I’m a licensed barber in the state of Utah. And absolutely love what I do! My goal is to boost your confidence and have you feeling comfortable and relaxed in the process. My guests and their appointments are very important to me, here at West of Dallas. I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedules accordingly and I may be able to accommodate other clients on her waiting list. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee each time or asked to provide a non refundable deposit to book future appointments. Cancellation/”No Show” policy • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) that must be paid before you reschedule your next appointment. Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in forfeiting any future appointments that may have been made. • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount that also must be paid before you reschedule your next appointment or reschedule. As a courtesy, you will receive texts/emails to confirm the date and time 48-72 hours prior to your appointment via text upon request. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. In the age of smart phones, digital calendars, event alarms (and our paper reminder cards), the responsibility of your appointment is yours. If you are unsure of an upcoming appointment time, we welcome you to always give us a call. Customers are always welcome to stop by and pick up a reminder card anytime during the salons hours of operation as well. We understand some situations are unavoidable and we will consider those situations individually. Late/Tardy Policy We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our stylists’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. • 60 minute+ appointments (woman’s haircuts and color services): We will make every effort to accommodate late clients however after 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled requiring a 50% service charge. • 30 minute+ appointments (children and men’s cuts and waxes): after 10 minutes the appointment may be canceled requiring a 50% service charge. ***If you ARE able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of your service (examples: style/blowout at the end of a hair appointment) in order to keep it in the time space allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day! In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the original service(s) scheduled even if you lost parts due to tardiness. Here is a general breakdown of our late fees: • If client arrives in time for service, but has to forgo some parts of service in order to fit service in allotted time, 100% service charge will apply. • If client does NOT arrive in time for the service to be completed, you will be charged 100% of service amount. We not also accept credit cards along with cash and checks as a form of payment! These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge 50% of the startup appointment cost for any cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% of startup cost is to be charged for a complete no call, no show appointment.
